Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of speed4tradingstore.com and any order you place with Speed4Trading Store. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

1. About us

Speed4Trading Store supplies Hikvision security and surveillance equipment in Egypt — CCTV cameras, NVR and DVR recorders, access control, face recognition terminals, intercom, barrier gates, network switches and accessories. Hotline: 16454.

2. Products, prices and availability

  • All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  • Prices and specifications may change without prior notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
  • Product images are for illustration. Manufacturer packaging and minor design details may differ.
  • Some products are sold on request — for these, use the Get a Quote button and our team will send you a price and availability.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify it.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery across Egypt, bank transfer and instant wallet payment.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or repeated refusal to receive previous orders.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–5 business days depending on your governorate. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return an unused product in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are returned at our expense. Installed, mounted, configured or customised products cannot be returned. Full conditions and the refund process are on our Refund & Return Policy page.

6. Warranty

All products carry the official manufacturer warranty — one year unless the product page states otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty is void if:

  • The device was opened, repaired or serviced outside Speed4Trading or an authorised service centre.
  • The damage is caused by misuse, incorrect installation, power surge, water, fire or physical impact.
  • The serial number or warranty label is removed, altered or unreadable.

7. Maintenance and repair terms

  • Devices submitted for repair are inspected within 72 working hours, after which the customer is informed by phone of the fault and the cost.
  • Repairs up to 400 EGP may be carried out without further reference to the customer.
  • If the customer does not approve or reject the quoted cost within 3 working days, the device is returned unrepaired.
  • Replaced parts remain the property of the company when the device is repaired under warranty.
  • The company is not responsible for loss or erasure of data, or for damage to any hard drive or memory card left inside the device. Please back up and remove storage media before submitting a device.
  • No device is received or delivered without the original receipt.
  • Devices not collected within 3 months of the repair being completed may be disposed of, and the customer forfeits any claim to them.

8. Installation services

Where installation is included or purchased, the appointment is scheduled with our technical team. Scope, duration and cost vary with the site, the number of devices and cabling requirements. The customer is responsible for providing site access, power and any civil works (drilling permissions, ducting, ladders/scaffolding where needed).

9. Lawful use of security equipment

Surveillance, access control and biometric equipment must be used in accordance with Egyptian law, including laws on privacy and personal data. The customer is solely responsible for how the equipment is deployed, where cameras are pointed, and for informing anyone recorded where the law requires it.

10. Privacy and data

We collect only the data needed to process and deliver your order — name, phone number, address and email. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, product descriptions, photographs, logos and layout — is the property of Speed4Trading or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Hikvision and other manufacturer names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the equipment.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
