Refund & Return Policy

At Speed4Trading, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how refunds, returns and replacements are handled for CCTV cameras, NVRs, access control devices, audio systems and other security products purchased from our store in Egypt.

Return window: 14 days

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided all of the following apply:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • The product has not been installed or configured.
  • You can provide the order number and proof of purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Return shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect item: Speed4Trading covers the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind: the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Products that have been installed, mounted or configured.
  • Customised or specially ordered items, unless they arrive damaged.
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery, or damage from incorrect installation or power surges.
  • Items missing their original packaging, serial number label or accessories.

Refund process

  1. Contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue — by phone on 16454, through our contact page, or by replying to your order email.
  2. We confirm the return and tell you how to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we notify you of the outcome by email.
  4. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or instant wallet.
  5. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Warranty is separate from returns

All products we sell are genuine and carry a 1-year official manufacturer warranty. The 14-day return window covers returns and refunds. A fault that appears after the 14 days is handled as a warranty claim — contact us and we will arrange repair or replacement through the manufacturer’s authorised service.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it ships. Call 16454 as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process above applies.
