Before you order — three things to confirm

• Cabling. IP intercoms run on network cable and PoE — confirm the cable route between door, indoor station and switch.
• Lock and gate. Confirm the electric lock or gate motor it should release.
• Phone app. Remote answering uses the Hik-Connect app and an internet connection at the house.
