Before you order — three things to confirm

• What is going to answer the call. A compatible Hikvision indoor station, the Hikvision mobile app, or both. Fix the indoor station model and quantity now — or, if app-only, confirm the site has stable internet and someone owns the account. App-only is a decision, not a default.
• The lock and its own power supply. The lock, its supply, the exit button and the emergency release are separate lines on the bill of materials. Confirm the lock type, fail-safe or fail-secure, and how it is powered — then let us check the datasheet for what this unit drives directly and what needs a relay module.
• The mounting box, the surface and the cable route. Flush or surface mounting changes the accessory needed, and brick, plaster and a steel gate post are different jobs.
