A 2.4-inch colour screen confirms each punch, and the unit mounts flat on a wall at the entrance or next to the staff room.

Where it fits

Offices, clinics, shops, schools and factory admin entrances — anywhere indoors where people arrive through one point and attendance needs a record that does not depend on a paper sign-in sheet. Working temperature is −10 °C to +55 °C and the application environment is indoor, so mount it inside the building, not on an exposed gate post.

The MF in the model code means the card reader reads M1 (Mifare) cards. If your company already issues cards, confirm their type first — an existing card format decides the model, not the other way round.

• How staff will clock in. Fingerprint, M1 card, or both. Some workforces — construction, cleaning, workshops — have worn or dirty fingerprints that read poorly on any optical sensor; for them a card is the practical fallback.
• How records reach HR. Over the network (one Ethernet port, 10/100 Mbps) or exported on USB. Tell us which payroll or HR system the records feed into and we will confirm the export route before you order.
