The DS-TCG406-E is a high-performance 4 MP (or 5 MP in newer revisions) Intelligent Entrance ANPR Camera specifically designed for automated vehicle access control. It is an “all-in-one” solution for parking lots, gated communities, and toll gates in Egypt, combining plate recognition, vehicle analysis, and barrier control into a single rugged unit.

Unlike standard security cameras, this model is built with a specialized 1/1.8″ DarkFighter sensor and an entrance-specific exposure algorithm to handle the harsh glare of headlights and sunlight.

The DS-TCG406-E is more than just a camera; it is a gatekeeper. It features a built-in allowlist/blocklist of up to 100,000 plates, allowing it to operate autonomously. If an authorized vehicle approaches, the camera can trigger the barrier gate directly via its relay output, even if the network connection to the server is lost.
